The Pilates method is now widespread, popular and has finally established itself as a recognized fitness system. The founder of the method Joseph Pilates argued that the main goal of the method is complete control of the body. For him, if at the age of 30 a person is stiff and untrained, he is considered “old”, while if at the age of 60 he is flexible and strong, he is considered “young”.

 

I will now tell you 3 good reasons to put Pilates in your life.

Its system trains the torso with quality and in addition to an aesthetic result, you will also gain the strength to perform all the exercises with more ease. Pilates is based to the activation of the transversus abdominal which is more deep than the other abdominals (rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus ,obliquus internus and extremus abdominis muscle) and helps in the increase of the intra-abdominal pressure.

Everyday life destroys your body with the demands it has. You will have noticed that you squat more and that your movements seem hard and stiff. Pilates will give you the harmony that your body has by its nature constituting the antidote to inactivity.
